Face 365...Re-Invented

 

A lot of women want skin care services/injectables… but those services ARE NOT cheap.  I won’t
even attempt to pretend to sell them at a low-cost rate.  I won’t attempt to give an illusion that they
aren’t as expensive as you think…  Injectables and good professional skin care costs money.  The same way a quality physician cares for your health, the same way a quality hair stylist colors your locks, the same
way you trust a great mechanic to work on the car you drive every day.  We take our infants and toddlers to the “best” sitters, not the cheapest.  We get what we pay for.

Never look for a “good deal” on the things in life that you truly care about… your health, your hair (sorry it’s true), your vehicle, your children, your face. 

About 5 years ago I had a client say something to me, “I would do all of those things if I could pay them out.”  That spoke to me and I racked my brain to figure out a good way to provide quality, medical grade skin care and injectable services to my service area.  This was before CareCredit was an option to my Face First clients.    I developed Face 365.  I’ve tweaked on it once or twice since then, but recently we’ve re-vamped this program to provide something even better to my clients and my business.  At the end of the day, it needs to be a win-win for you and for me.  The old program had some flaws;  I felt it was unfair to my clients to be stuck with injectable units they didn’t need, unfair to run specials on Dysport/Botox when my loyal Face 365 clients had pre-paid units and could not take advantage of a great deal, and it was unfair to me to treat long
term clients with a few extra “units”  to completely treat them, only for that client to disappear a month later owing me money for injectables.   I also realize that some clients didn’t want some of the services that the plans had on them and I couldn’t force those services simply because I KNOW those services provide long term benefits… I can only advise, encourage, and assist by providing a treatment plan. 

I’ve worked the past few months along with a few of my staff members to once again give Face 365 a facelift…. Introducing the all new “Face 365” with not 3, but 4 tiers to choose from.

You choose the monthly amount you wish to “bank” in your “wallet” in your medical record system. 


*50.00  per month  “SECRET SERVICE”


*100.00  per month “RE-LOADED”


*150.00  per month “REVOLUTION”


*200.00  per month “FULLY LOADED”

This money goes into your account here at Face First.  When you come to Face for services, you have
the option of paying for your services out of your “wallet”.  Your wallet is also handing for retail returns,
gift cards, etc.  It’s like a mini
savings for your face.

This program is unlike other med spa programs… most ask for a “fee”, and then you choose from a list of a few services once a month, and what you’ve already paid doesn’t typically go toward the cost of your service….  With Face 365, we are helping YOU to bank YOUR hard-earned money toward the services you want. 
You aren’t given a list of services you will receive; you can use your banked money toward ANY SERVICES at Face First.  (injectables, lasers, retail, etc.)


There are also some perks with these plans.  ALL CLIENTS ON ANY OF THE ABOVE PLAN receive
10% off all Dermalogica and retail products.   Clients spending a little more per month receive even more perks:


 SECRET SERVICE:  ($50 per month)  10% off all skin care products and retail items.  (Dermalogica,

RE-LOADED:  ($100 per month) 10% off all skin care products and retail items.  (Dermalogica, etc.), 1 free Dermaplane Plus exfoliation per year and 1 free house facial on your birthday month!

REVOLUTION:  ($150 per month)  10% off all skin care products and retail items.  (Dermalogica, etc.), 2
free Dermaplane Plus exfoliations per year, a travel size Dermalogica (or other skin care product line sold at Face First) with every 200.00 purchase once per month),  and on your birthday month receive a free house facial with a relaxing face and scalp massage.

FULLY LOADED: ($200 per month) 10% off all skin care products and retail items.  (Dermalogica,
etc.), 3 free Dermaplane Plus exfoliations per year, your choice of a travel size Dermalogica (or other skin care product line sold at Face First) or a free spray tan with every 200.00 purchase once per month),  and on your birthday month receive a free house facial with a relaxing face and scalp massage with a hydrating scalp and
hair treatment.

So, here is an example of how it works:

My client (we will call her Heather) is a Face 365 member.  Heather’s birthday is May 10.  Heather begins her plan on Feb 1, 2020.  Heather has chosen “Revolution” as the plan she feels that she can afford and will best suit her needs.  Heather likes to keep up with her lip filler treatments, chooses to get chemical peels about twice per year, and receives Dysport/Botox treatments about every six months.  Heather uses about 4 products out of Dermalogica’s skin care line and she also raves about our retail clothing at Face First. 

Heather is now “banking” $150 per month at Face First.  In May, Heather comes in for her routine Dysport/Botox treatment.  Heather’s invoice after her treatment is $420.  Heather heads to the reception desk to check out and schedule her next treatment.  The receptionist tells Heather, “ You have $600 in funds banked to your “wallet”.  Would you like to apply your bill today for $420 toward your invoice?”  Also, choose
a travel-size retail skin care product today because you spent over $200.  Heather also mentions that it is her birthday month, so we schedule her for her free house facial with a relaxing face and scalp massage the next week. Of course, Heather says, “yes!” and leaves knowing she still has $180 banked.


Heather comes into the clinic in June.  She’s decided it’s time to add a little dermal filler, and she also knows she has $40 in Aspire points to redeem toward injectables.  Heather receives a full 1ml syringe of filler for $560, redeems $80 in Aspire rewards, and her ticket total is now $480.  Heather uses her “banked” funds of $180 and checks out and pays her bill of $300.

Heather is back in again in October for a HydraFacial and a she also picks up a retail items for $20.  Her total is $210.  She leaves paying nothing because her “wallet” balance is now back up to $600 and the cost of her treatment is simply deducted from her wallet.  She also was able to pick up a travel size of Dermalogica’s Pre-Cleanse (her favorite product) because she came in and spent over $200 for her treatment.


Another great example:

Katie is a younger client that likes to keep up with her lip augmentation.  Katie comes into the clinic about every 9 months to “top her lips off” with some filler.  We add a 1ml syringe about every 9-10 months to accommodate for what filler she has metabolized in the past 9-10 months.  Katie’s ticket is
for $560.  She redeems $40 in Aspire points for her injectable (a free program we sign all our injectable clients up on!!!) which brings her ticket total to $520.  Over the past 10 months, Katie has banked $500 with us with her monthly Face 365 plan.  She checks out, and still has $20 left in her wallet!


These plans are great for those wanting to keep up with their lip filler treatments, helpful to those who want to put a little back without the urge to dig in to their “face” savings, and it helps us get you in to an AMAZIONG skin care regimen by providing a discount on the products that we use and love and recommend to YOU!

The contract is very explanatory… and allows for a safety net for harder months.  In keeping with our
“WE LOVE THE USA” stance, there is also a nice option for anyone that is forced to re-locate due to the military deployment of the client or their spouse… so you don’t lose all of the funds you “banked”. 

Of course, a few exclusions will apply… we gotta keep it fair and alive so that the program can continue to benefit members for years to come!!!  We will be very upfront about the stipulations of the plan. 

Here’s another cool component of Face 365 and our new electronic health system… you can access your patient portal from the comfort of your home!  You will always be able to see at a glance how much you have in your wallet, as well as other elements of your care here at Face First.

And to my male clients….high five guys.  Your face is important, too!  We love our male clients at Face that care
enough about themselves to go the extra mile!

My motto to my clients is always “baby steps”.  You don’t’ have to come in and spend hundreds
or thousands out of the chute.  Start little.  Sometimes just a simple peel or exfoliation is enough to make you forget the other few things you want to change.  Sometimes we just need to refresh.

to get rich on you, lol, I’m going to simply make a living going to a job I love EVERY SINGLE DAY OF MY LIFE!  I don’t work EVER.  I GET to go to Face every day and do what I love.
